This year, I decided that we would try some swim gear that was more sun protective than the traditional swimsuit, and luckily I came across Beach Bug Swimwear. I have become big fan of their swim shirts, shorts and skirts.
Eva now has her cute self covered with the Beach Bug striped shirt/shorts set. Maddy, my 6-year-old (who luckily inherited her father's Asian skin tone) is a huge fan of the swim skirt. What little girl wouldn't want a ruffle swim skirt to twirl around the beach in?
The entire Beach Bug Swimwear line is constructed with thick, high-quality, Lycra. I love the fit of the swim shorts. They are more fitted than traditional swim shorts (which means less drag in the water), and allow for more sun coverage than the average swimsuit bottom.
