Halloween Candy, Anyone??

Too much candy hanging around at your place? A little piece of cardboard wrapped in foil, and some Elmer's glue can turn that candy pile into a work of art.

This craft is perfect for a 3 to 6-year-old.

If your child is any older, they will scrimp on their creations, because they understand this post-Halloween trick. "Um, so I can't eat this after it has glue on it, can I?" was heard from my oldest. But, hey- it looks like we got rid of a Kit Kat and one of those giant sized Jolly Ranchers!

If your child is any younger, you may encounter the situation pictured above. FYI- two year olds do not think that glue tastes bad....

Overall, a fun way to whittle away at that mountain of sugar....

Love this idea! Aiden might be a little too young for it, but I think I will still try it. He is also too young to really remember that he has Halloween candy still, so it is sitting on the top of the fridge and I am the one eating it, haha! I really need to get rid of it!
