Jillie Willie

The search for the perfect apron lasted a lot longer than necessary at my house. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted because I was looking for something specific. The apron originally was for my 21 month old toddler, and needed to meet three criteria.

1. The apron needed to bring a keepsake quality to the photos I would take of her, while she helped me in the kitchen. Something feminine, fashionable and sassy.
2. I wanted the apron to be functional (it is after all an apron).
3. I didn't want to spend a fortune.

Enter, Jillie Willie.

Jillie Willie makes these fabulous designer aprons with the perfect amount of embellishments. I instantly fell in love with them, and now have one for me and my daughter. That's right, I have one too (see below photo), and I'm tempted to throw my heels on whenever I wear mine. They're that cute.

No daughter, no problem. Jillie Willie has aprons for sons who like to help out in the kitchen too, and a lot of other quality products (more than just aprons) at affordable prices. All of their products are individually designed and they use fun fabrics, creating the perfect mesh between traditional and modern. These uniquely designed products are only available directly from Jillie Willie. Take a look, we're sure you'll love them too.

Who wants to win not one, but two of these Jillie Willie aprons? We are doing a mommy/daughter give-away! One lucky winner will receive the Toddler Annie Bib, and the Adult Suzie Homemaker Apron--it has a built in dish towell!! Enter by leaving a comment on this post by midnight July 15. Indicate in your comment what you like most about these aprons. For you citrus readers with no children- these would make a great gift, so enter! We will randomly select one winner from the post comments. Shipping to Continental US only. Thank you Jillie Willie, the sponsor of this drawing!

I love how girly they are with their fun bright colors! It will be more fun to see the girls in these, although if I win I'll need to buy another for my other twin girl.

I have a 14 month old son, but I'm pretty sure he'd look good in ruffles.

I think a little girl would think it's fun thing to put on, not just necessary. Very cute!

My son is always helping me out in the kitchen. Although I'd love a more masculine apron for him, we'll work with what we're given! The aprons are definitely cute though!

I am an avid baker...and my daughter is becoming one too. Everytime we're in the kitchen she's right by my side. I would love to have a toddler-size apron for her to match mommy while we're baking something yummy.

I am in need of an apron. I am always staining my clothes when I cook. My daughter will also love it. She is a great help in the kitchen. I like the fun colors and that my daughter can have her own.

These are the cutest aprons I have ever seen. They are certainly not just for children. I would love to entertain in my kitchen in one of these. I could keep my regular old jeans on, and you wouldn't even notice!

My favorite thing is that you can use the apron as an excuse to get helpers in the kitchen so instead of wandering underfoot bored, they can get their hands dirty without getting their clothes dirty!

My favorite thing about these aprons is that they are a far cry from my John Deere apron from my high school and college days!!!

I like the ruffles! Love the ruffles in fact.

I don't usually wear my apron, probably because it ain't that cute! But I think I would wear something like this, it would make me feel like a fun, hip, sassy cook! ;)

Talk about a walk down memory lane! I had a little apron very similar (only not so bright and colorful) that I always wore when I "cooked". I had my own little stove that I cooked mini hamburgers on top and mini cakes and cookies in the oven with my mom/dad. I'm a grandma now with two granddaughters and a grandson. How fun it would be to get the stove out of the closet... put on the aprons... and “cook away” making memories with the next generation!

Darling aprons! I recently cooked a meal for a large group of people and wore an old apron of my roommate's that said "Precious Cheese." I get messy when I cook, so an apron is a necessity. Puh-lease, save me from hearing the jokes about how precious and cheesy I am.

Also, I love to cook with my 5-year-old niece and we always wear aprons. It would be fun to match when we are making "candy soup" or chocolate chip cookies. These aprons look comfy and cute. I'm a fan of the polka dots, ruffles, and bright colors!

I just discovered your site--I love it! I think these aprons are so fun because they're both girlie and modern, with ruffles and bright colors. Cooking is so much more fun with matching mother-daughter aprons!

anything with pom pom trim gets an A+ in my book. Putting the fun in functional is a bonus too - cheery prints for dress up work! So cute!
